Jeffrey R. Perelman, M.D. completed his medical training in 1981 and internship, residency and fellowship in primary and specialty care at Columbia University and New York Medical College affiliated institutions including Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital Center and New York Health and Hospitals Medical Center. In addition, he completed rigorous Fellowship training in Anti-Aging, Regenerative and Functional Medicine and is a Diplomat of the American Board of Anti-Aging and Functional Medicine and an active member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and is Board Certified in Anti-Aging, Functional and Regenerative Medicine. In 2005, with the advancing acceptance and demand for optimum health and lifestyle, wellness programs, nutritional counseling, preventative medical care and functional medicine, Dr. Perelman limited his practice exclusively to Age Management, Hormone Replacement Therapy and Cosmetic Medicine. Along with the medical and administrative staff, he cares for both men an d women from all walks of life who are serious about good health and maximum quality of life!

The Longevity and Aesthetics Institute was established in 2007 by Dr. Perelman in order to limit his practice to the specialties of Age Management, Cosmetic Medicine and Personal Aesthetics. Dr. Perelman is regarded as one of the pre-eminent physicians in Age Management in the United States and personally supervises the medical HRT treatment of patients that come to see him from South Florida and around the country. Following evaluation all patient receive an individually-tailored treatment regimen that is regularly reviewed and customized.
